Ingredients
  • 200 gram Onion
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Bell Pepper
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 4 piece Potato
  • 4 piece Tomato
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 2 piece Bay Leaf
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and potato. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the paprika powder, cumin powder, and bay leaf. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
