In a bowl, combine the textured vegetable protein, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, soy sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
