Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add chickpeas and coconut milk. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
  6. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
