Ingredients
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Green beans
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 100 gram Grated coconut
  • 50 gram Shallots
  • 20 gram Garlic
  • 10 gram Red chili peppers
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Boil the carrots, green beans, and cabbage until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, stir-fry the grated coconut until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a blender, blend shallots, garlic, and red chili peppers until smooth.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the blended mixture until fragrant.
  5. Add the boiled vegetables, lime juice, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve the vegetables with the grated coconut sambal on top.
