Ingredients
  • 200 gram Asparagus
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 piece Green onions
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, and cauliflower) to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
