Ingredients
  • 150 gram Chickpea Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, and spices to make a thick batter.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the vegetable batter into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
