  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Bell Peppers
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and bell peppers, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add zucchini and broccoli, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
