Ingredients
  • 200 gram Potatoes
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 100 gram Green peas
  • 1 gram Onion
  • 2 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 10 gram Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute for a minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and green peas) and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
