Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green onions
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add sesame oil to the other side.
  5. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot.
