Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
