Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. In a blender, combine tofu, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the blended mixture to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.
