  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Vegan butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the vegan butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the plant-based milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon and remaining granulated sugar.
  7. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Place the coated dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
