Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
  • 6 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the baking powder and salt, and mix until the dough is smooth.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Use a fork to flatten each cookie and create a crisscross pattern on top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
