  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 medium Apples
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle about 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced apples, raisins, lemon juice, cornstarch, plant-based milk, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  6. Arrange the apple mixture in the center of the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pleating as necessary.
  8. Brush the edges of the dough with plant-based milk.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the galette to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
