Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
  2. Drain cashews and add them to a blender along with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, turmeric, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Drain pasta and return it to the pot. Pour the cashew sauce over the pasta and stir until well coated.
  5. Heat the pot over low heat for a few minutes to warm the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
