Ingredients
  • 4 slice Vegan cheese slices
  • 4 slice Whole wheat bread
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Red onion
  • 8 leaf Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Assemble the sandwiches by placing vegan cheese slices, tomato slices, red onion slices, and fresh basil leaves between two slices of whole wheat bread.
  3. Brush the outside of each sandwich with olive oil.
  4. Place the sandwiches on the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the pan and let cool for a minute before serving.
  6. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
