Ingredients
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the vegetable broth and soy sauce, stirring constantly.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the nutritional yeast, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  7. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let the gravy rest for a few minutes before serving.
