Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix chia seeds and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to form a gel-like consistency.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Add the chia gel to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  7. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
