Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
