Ingredients
  • 200 gram Ripe avocados
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 150 gram Maple syrup
  • 100 gram Coconut oil
  • 100 gram Almond flour
  • 50 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 gram Fresh berries, for garnish
  • 10 gram Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a blender, combine the avocados, maple syrup, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and coconut oil mixture to the blender and blend until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
