Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Pickled jalapenos
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. In a blender, combine cashews, water, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and pickled jalapenos.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve as a dressing for salads or as a dip for vegetables.
