Ingredients
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 stalk Celery stalks
  • 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, black beans, corn kernels, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
