Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Butter
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the batter.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it is evenly coated, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the hot sauce and vegan butter until the butter is melted.
  7. Once the cauliflower is baked, remove them from the oven and dip them in the hot sauce mixture.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. Fry the cauliflower wings in batches until crispy and golden brown.
  10. Transfer the wings to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
