Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
