Ingredients
  • 4 piece Bell peppers
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalk Green onions
Instructions
  1. Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, tomato paste, maple syrup, cornstarch, water, and black pepper.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  9. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
