Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, break the granola into clusters.
  7. Serve with yogurt or milk as a breakfast cereal or enjoy it as a snack.
