Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 6 ounce Dark Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate.
  3. In a blender, blend tofu, melted dark chocolate, and coconut oil until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, flour, and baking powder.
  5. Add the tofu mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
