Ingredients
  • 4 piece Corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 piece Lime wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel back the husks of the corn, leaving them attached at the base.
  3. Remove the silk from the corn and fold the husks back over the corn.
  4. Soak the corn in cold water for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the corn from the water and shake off excess moisture.
  6. Brush each corn cob with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  7. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  8. Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the grilled corn on the cob with lime wedges and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
