Ingredients
  • 2 sheet Puff pastry sheets
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, red bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Unroll the puff pastry sheets and spread the vegetable cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  5. Roll up the pastry tightly, starting from one end, to form a log.
  6. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
