  • 1 cup Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the TVP, honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, vegetable oil, and water. Mix well until the TVP is evenly coated.
  3. Form the mixture into small nugget shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuggets are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
