  • 200 gram Tuscan kale
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the Tuscan kale.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
