Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green Beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to burst.
  4. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to coat them in the tomato mixture.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the green beans are heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot as a side dish.
