  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
