  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  2. Slice the avocado and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and mint leaves.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mint leaves.
