Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spinach
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course with rice or bread.
