Ingredients
  • 300 gram Tomatoes
  • 200 gram Cucumbers
  • 100 gram Red onions
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Olives
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 30 gram Fresh parsley
  • 20 gram Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers, olives, feta cheese, fresh parsley, and fresh mint leaves.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables and cheese.
  3. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
