  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Harissa paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, harissa paste, cumin, and salt.
  4. Brush the tomato halves with the mixture.
  5. Place the tomatoes on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
