Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them using a box grater.
  3. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, truffle oil, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  5. Shape the mixture into small tater tots using your hands.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tater tots until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer the fried tater tots to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
