  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut.
  2. Once well combined, refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  3. After chilling, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
  4. Place the trail mix balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes to set.
