  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into thin sticks.
