Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 400 gram Yellow squash
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 10 gram Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tomatoes, yellow squash, onion, and garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Layer the sliced tomatoes and yellow squash in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and torn basil leaves over the vegetables.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
