  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 200 gram Cucumber
  • 100 gram Red Onion
  • 30 gram Parsley
  • 20 gram Mint Leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint leaves.
