  • 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 piece Thai chili peppers
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 piece Shallots
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves
Instructions
  1. Grill the cherry tomatoes until charred.
  2. Blend the grilled tomatoes, Thai chili peppers, garlic cloves, and shallots until smooth.
