Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounce Fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
  2. Cut the fresh mozzarella balls in half.
  3. Take a toothpick and skewer a cherry tomato, followed by a half mozzarella ball and a fresh basil leaf.
  4. Repeat the process for all the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
  5. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.
