Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, and sugar.
  4. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  7. Return to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with pasta or bread.
