Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  3. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and then add water.
  5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
