Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Return the soup to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
