  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
Instructions

  2. Add canned tomatoes, kidney beans, vegetable broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
