  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread slices.
  4. Grill or toast the bread until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
