Ingredients
  • 2 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot.
